Deceptive and unfair late fees and penalties

On September 2 we went to regency furniture and we ordered a sectional wedge, sectional sleep and sectional love seat sofa's on that same day we signed 3 individual lease agreements and consumer lease disclosure statement agreements for each sofa our total payment for the month would be 398.63, we had to put a deposite down wait 2 to 6 weeks before the furniture was delivered. According to our contract the due date was the 4th of each month as long as you pay your bill within ten days of the due date you will not be charged a late fee of $5.00 for each sofa per month. On the 9th of January we got a phone call from the rental store, inc. (trs, inc.) from regency furniture store they are located in the store in brandywine, maryland that my payment was late and that because it was late we would have to pay a late fee and the total due for january was $503.00 my husband ask the representative why was it $503.00 he stated due to late fees $5.00 for each sofa $15.00 a day until it is paid. I was so upset because according to our contract it states the above no where on each of the contracts do it state $5.00 late fee for each sofa per day and we were within the (10) days. I told them to come and pick up the furniture because you have lied to me concerning the late fees then the representative became unprofesional laughing as if it was a joke. My wife called back to try to find out why we owed $503.00 and the same representative started getting smart with my wife and she told them she is not being unprofesional with you do not get that way with me I asked for the telephone number to the corprate offices 1-800-883-7368 they are a joke you have to leave a message and someone will get back with you in 2 days, so I told the representative to come and pick the furniture up he came to my house with a female on a sunday to get the furniture he drove a car and she drove a U-Haul truck they both went down stairs to get the wedge sofa first by that being the smallest of the 3 I Told them do not drag sofa on the carpet and of course that's what they did and now my carpet new carpet is damaged because of legs pulling from that one sofa pulled loops of carpet up and also because they tried to take furniture up stairs they have damage my walls. The presentative ask if he can send his moving people to pick up the other 2 sofa's I told him he could but he need to put something in writting that he damage my walls and he did I did not know about the carpet until after they left I called them back and told them about this he told us we need to call the corporate offices to take care of this matter. I told them they will not come and get the two other sofa's until they have something in writting my carpet I called the corporate offices on monday and left message they called on Wednesday january 14th and stated to my husband that the two people who came to our house they told the corporate office that my husband was helping them take furniture upstairs so he damage the walls to and they will only pay for half of the walls to be fixed and they will not pay for the damages to the carpet and they talk to you in a unprofresional tone. Please do not lease any furniture at regency we have called the regenal manager at regency and have not had a return call. Please do not lease and furniture at regency furniture in brandywine with
