Harassing, extremely rude! Representatives

Today Janauary 10 I get a call on my cell phone, mind you I have no idea how these people got my cell phone number, but anyway I get a call at about 8:00 am the person does not identify herself, ask for me, and I verified they were speaking with me, she then goes on to say she is calling on behalf of TRS, so I ask what TRS is? And the woman goes on to say "You don't need to know what TRS is!" 'You have money you need to pay" I said excuse me what does TRS stand for? I have no money I need to pay." " Why are you calling me?" she then proceeds to get very rude and YELLS..."YOU ARE RETARDED!" and hung up!

Approximately 8:45 am I get another phone call on my cell, this time it is a guy asking for me, I verify he is speaking to me, he states he is with TRS, I once again ask him who TRS is, he states (TEXAS RECOVERY SERVICES) I go on to try and tell him about the call from the first woman, but he kept interrupting me and wouldn't let me speak, I them told him, LET ME SPEAK!!!

I told him how rude the woman earlier was, and when I didn't say to her what she wanted to hear she called me RETARDED and hung up, he goes on to say, " WELL, THAT's NOT MY PROBLEM!" you need to pay the money you are overdrawn on your Compass Bank account, I told him I have no compass bank account and owe no money, he then got very ugly and said he would see about that! That I was a dead beat, and hung up!

There has to be something that can be done about his company and their harassing, horrible customer service, and shady practices.
