Rude, would not identify themselves, hung up when I asked supervisor what this call was about, sleazy

A woman, Rebecca, called, would not identify who she was or what she wanted, but insisted in speaking to my wife. I said that I wanted to know who was calling, their company and what the call was about. She answered my question with a question and would not identify herself again. I said you called my house, let me speak to your supervisor, who got on the line and was despicable. He would not identify himself and what he wanted, and I said " don't ever call this number again, I will contaact the FBI about them", and he sarcastically said "ooooooooh, I'm scared", and hung up on me.

This harassment is outrageous and I want to know how to stop it without wasting more time.
