Unauthorized charges

I too asked for the informaitional cd, then was charged $39.95 the next day. Thsi is a SCAM to all of us. We should get together and file a class action law suit against them. I have contacted my bank and filed an affidavid against the charge. Will be closing that account and opening another else where.
