Very disrespectful employees

I got a call from a man named Bill on Saturday who left a message stating congrats, you have won, call us asap at 18003013436, i called and got voice mail, it was the weekend, so i had forgotten about it until today. I attempted to call them approx 30 times. I got hung up on several times before i could speak, called once amd got grunted at, like i was getting on their nerves, i mean, they were the ones who called me. If you dont want called back, dont leave a message and tell me to call. Anyway, i finally got through to a woman named Kim. I asked her for her managers name, she then told me that if i wouldn't have called so many times, again before i could complain about anything. So, i told her that evidentally they have caller id, she stated they did, i proceeded to tell her that i didn't appreciate getting hung up on several times or grunted at, she again said i didnt need to be snappy and i wouldn't have got hung up on. I proceeded to get angry and tell her, i didn't speak with anyone til her and i didnt appreciate them calling my home then acting like i did something wrong. She told me she was hanging up on me. I got my cell phone and called, she picked up and told me she would continue to hang up, i then got my childs cell phone and called, she answered again, i told her the nature of my call, she told me i didn't have to b so hateful, i proceeded to tell her i was calling because i was told to and that if she was the manager, she needed to speak to her hanging up, grouling phone people. She told me the prize lol was already given away, which they r obviously just a hoax anyway and i'm sure the conversation was recorded, if not, it should have been. I asked what state she was calling from and informed her i was contacting the bbb. She proceeded to hang up. I am just letting everyone out there know not to answer their calls, they r very rude, obnoxious people. When my husband and i first dealt with them approx 3 months ago and went to a seminar, we were told they get paid big bucks per person who shows up for their seminars. I just do not want anyone else to go through what i went through. They are very nasty acting people with no!!! Manners, they deserve no call backs or money
