Saturday Call Demands Bank Details for Hospital Bill

We receive a call from their representative Brittney Burshard, asking for social security, and bank account information because of an outstanding bill from a hospital stay. The call was made to us on a Saturday. She informed she needed to make a decision about our account today (we cannot access the hospital's Billing Department until Monday).

When I called back, they wanted confirmation of my social security number before I could speak to their representative.
