Received a phone message regarding me being named in an investigation with my son

The individual identified himself as James Wilson with U.S. Legal Invsetigations. He was difficult to understand due to a heavy accent. From what I could gather, he said that there was a legal action against my son for "loss of complaint action". That my son had tried to secure a loan using my name and information to pay off the complaint. But, was now "playing games" with his office. If he (my son) didn't clear this up immediately the the case will be forwarded for action. I will be contacted again soon if it is not taken care of. He did not leave a number to contact him. My son states he knows nothing about anything the guy might be talking about.
