John Davis called to saying that there was pending legal action against my name and ssn

I've obtained many calls from the guy having a large indian feature claiming to become John Davis which I have to have my lawyer contact him instantly due to impending appropriate action against my title and SSN. He stops the concept with "if you do not return the phone call I can't support what goes on to you and could God opt for you".

After I eventually delivered the phone call and requested to discover that which was happening, Mr. Davis stated that I had a need to consult with another person who had been managing my situation - the bond is extremely poor and you will notice lots of individuals speaking within the backround.
