Return my phone call or I will take legal action against you, I sent you information on a debt and never recieved payment from you Some Where In

On a voice mail left on my phone. Last week I recieved a phone call from a Mr. Chamoro (spelling?) He said he sent me a legal notice of debt I owed and he had not recieved payment, and that he would be forced to take legal action against me. I was suppose to call him immediately or suffer severe legal problems.

Today, 8-4, I recieved another call threatening me with legal action for an unpaid debt, and that I did not return his privious phone call.

I have not spoken to this individual nor plan on it. He is not telling me anything that relates to any debt, only that he will take legal action against me.

What do I do? Call him back?
