Rip-off tricked and lied to us

Sometime in October my husband received a pre approval for a Platinum Card with a credit limit of 5000. There was two fees a 45.00 & a 49.00 rush delivery.

Well in December my husband & I were buying a trailer from a friend. When we moved into the trailer lot we found out we had to have siding and peaked roof on the trailer by June 1.

So January 25 I finally had the 49.00 to mail in. A week later the check had been posted to my account. It is now February 25 and I still have not received the credit card.

So when I went on the internet and could not find anything on them, I seen this website. I was curious and when I read some of the emails, then I realized this was the same credit card company that sent me my pre approval.

This really pissed me off when I realized that people are really ignorant to take money from people who worked so hard for and had a family to support and trying to make there home or life better.

I was wondering is there anyway to get my money back?
Should I go get a lawyer?
How long to I have to wait to here something?
