ATM and Check Cashing Fees Charged to Non-Customers

This bank is the worst. They charge $3 per ATM fee if you don't bank with them! They charge you $6.00 to cash a check that is drawn off their bank if you don't have an account. Their customer service is horrible which is why I don't bank with them any longer. Why is this allowed. I hope they go down big time. Weren't they crying that they needed to be bailed out too??? Scum bags... They should be embarrassed!
