(BOA) The Mystifying Trickery of BOA

Bank Of America has magical powers of manipulating transactions so they work to their own advantage. I have recently been charged 2 overdraft fees because purchases I made over the weekend were not processed until wednesday for whatever reason (BOA had a *load of possible reasons as to why) Before knowing this, I had transfered $300 from another acct to my BOA acct which had $30 in it. The 2 purchases that had yet to be processed were for $4 and $9.

Now I have made the same transfer from my other bank many time and it was always in my acct the next day. So Tuesday evening I made a $22 purchase under the assumption it would not be processed until the next business day at the earliest and by then even if the other 2 transactions processed I still had my trsf coming in that night... Well low and behold the trickery of BOA. They take the $22 out first, then process the other 2 transactions so that I overdraw my acct. They then proceed to process my transfer - not in time to prevent overdrawing the acct, but just in time for them to help themselves to $70 of my money.

This company is disgusting, unethical and full of scheming conmen. I wish I could be the one to sue them for the couple of thousand they have manipulated out of my acct in the last 5 years. I admit some fault because I do not use a check registry... I relied to heavily on their online system, which they will quickly and surely tell you is TOTALLY unreliable. I feel like in this day and age of fast and accurate technology, why in the * does BOA not update their technology? Could it be that it would prevent them from stealing from their customers?
