Fail to give us a loan i sent 750.00 and now they won't return our money

My Husband an I applied for a loan we saw in a penny saver shopping guide we recieve weekly. The loan ifo was for those with poor credit do to dr bills we recently filed bankruptcy and wanted to rebuild our credit so we applied and contacted by phone a guy named Kennth EXT. 89 and he said we could get $5,000.00 and for us to send $750.00 or a co-signer we sent by money gram the $750.00 we were told with-in the hour the 5,000.00 would be in our bank acct. Never happened so we called keeneth back he said we needed $500.00 more we said no way just give us our $750.00 dollars back and forget the loan. He than said we had to talk to a William harpford ext. 81 so we did he said it would be 14-21 days than be refunded never happened so I called again and they wouldn't return our calls so we kept calling finally William Harpford told me on 11/26 money would be to us on 12/2/8. We have not recieved anything and they will not return our calls so I continue to call all day long and leave message for them to call me no luck. We live on a fixed income and I have no job and my husband is retired. We need our 750.00. To pay bills with and get medicine. Please help! Thank you harold & linda marvin.
