Forbearance down payment unexplained, then foreclosure letter arrives

In July I entered into what they call a forebearance

With: fairbanks capital for a six month period. At the end of the period. Which should have been dec but instead they one of the monthly mortgage payments was a down payments this was not fully explained to me, I called in on jan 08 to review my condition and for three days I could not get a live person to talk with me

Now they have sent a certified letter with foreclosure preceedings, they sent me forms in which to do financials, they haven't given me the time to get them back in.

Also they are saying that I owe over 4000.00 in rears. I strongly feel that all of my payments was not handle properly, during the transition from nations credit to fairbanks, I at least need a chance to look at how the last two years payments were handle
