Fairbanks capital bought my mortgage sometime in 2002. Never have heard one word from them. Keep sending (they say) my mail to wrong address. Have not sent my 10* showing my interest payments—can't file my income tax. Calling their telephone number gets you the collections department... Want you to make payment over the phone... With a $15 dollar fee! They can't help.
