Credit card for snowmachine a rip-off

When we bought our snowmachine thru New House of Auot they said that we would have a locked in rate of 13%. Well guess what, we didn't get a bill or a card and they called me at work to see where the payment was. Ask where the bill was. Oh my, they had sent it. We never got it. And they had to send a new card as well. But they jacked the interest rate up too. I have made payments that haven't been credited on time, and finally just gave up and returned the snowmachine. We have paid on it since 8-26-96 and still owe 8223.00. Well guess what? I will spend that much for an attorney.
