Threatening to file form 1099 C against me and there by have any tax return I may be entitled to taken away

The corporation has threatened to document type 1099-C using the government against me, to ensure that any tax-return I might be eligible for could be dimished or obtained. This debt is approximately three years old.

I'd a bike crash about a few months after purchasing this vacuum, and had funded the price of the vacuum.
