Debt Statue of Limitations in AZ is 3 years for Open-ended Accounts. I've been totally disabled for over 7-years and they are sending me a Cancellation of Debt statement Form 1099-C to file with my taxes. I think this is totally unprofessional for those of us that don't have income or the means to pay. For over, 5 years I have used a service to handle this problem.
