Debt consoladition of 850.00 per month has now left us more in debt than when started 9 months ago

Hess/Kennedy Chartered was contacted for debt consolidation in Nov. We were told they could eliminate our debt by contacting our debtors and reducing the interest and payments drastically. What began as a $28000.00 debt and making $900.00 per month payments has now balloned to nearly $40000.00 after 9 months with no relief in sight. Their origional line to us was $830.00 / month for four years!
We are therefore stopping any further payments and turning all debt over to a BBB member and trusted christian Debt Relief firm in Ft Collins, Colo.
