Unauthorized Charges

This company made two unauthorized charges to one of my credit cards, one for $1.95 and one for $58.61. They then called me to inquire if I wished to purchase other items. When I replied that I did not recall ordering some sort of "government listing CD" and was not interested in any additional products or services, the call ended.
They have listed a contact number as 866-692-8352, but there is never an answer at that number. I contacted my credit card company, was informed that this was a frequently occurring problem with this vendor, and had the charges removed.
I believe that this warrants Federal investigation.
