Do not use Bank of America for your banking needs

Bank of Amercia is a rip-off! Do not use them they will rip you off! I had a payment that I was told was cancelled and low and behold it still went through and to top that off now I owe tham so much more because of the $35.00 over fee charge and they are not willing to help.

O.K.

It all started when I made a payment online and after I relized the amount was more than that I entered I called Bank of America to stop payment on this one transaction. When I got off the phone with them I was convenced that this was taken care of and was told to check back on the following buisness day which was a Monday I did and again I was told the stop payment would stop the process of this transaction and everything is good and they even told me my account balance after the stop payment was done and over with. Well, to my surprise I looked at the account the very next day, keep in mind, I have already done other transactions since everything was to be just fine, and there it was in my face the stop payment did not go through and here I am looking at not just one but three more overdraft charges and no money to buy the food for Thanksgiving with and to top that off it is my sons Birthday on the 25th of November and here I sit with no money and they bank is telling me that there is nothing they can do. They claim I never made a stop payment and even if I did that would not have stoped the process from going through. "So please tell me how this happend?" I asked and again all they could tell me is that there was nothing they could do. I asked for the supervisior and again they said there is nothing they could do. I feel violated and misused, they told me everything was taken care of and three days later, there is nothing they can do.

Do not use this banking instution for your banking needs they will lie to you and then there will be nothing they can do but, that your hard earn money and laugh all the way to their bank!!
