I requested A TOTALLY FREE test at a price of 4.95 for delivery. Our charge card was billed for 44.85. I had been delivered items that I DID SO NOT purchase. After I named to question my return the consultant was EXCESSIVELY rude. I described my scenario & she stated that it had been all mentioned within the "PHRASES & PROBLEMS" fine-print on the site. But, I informed her that it also mentioned on the site that you simply might get a COMPLETE refund should you weren't totally satisfied within thirty days. I understand I am just requesting about 6-10.00 bucks back, I was on-hold for 1-hour and also the consultant was RUDE and explained that there is nothing she might do, explained it was just 6.00 bucks and I must "OVERCOME IT". Her name was Brian and he or she wouldn't supply the title of her boss and informed me that she and another consultant had previously lost 8 units about the telephone with me after which HUNG-UP on me. I simply cannot have confidence in this economy that customer support could be this POOR!
