DELL Trashed my credit

I purchased two computers from DELL with up to year to pay for without financing costs. After roughly 6 to 8 weeks I fed up with recieving payment and so I settled the total amount ENTIRELY. Consequently, while trying to get a mortgage, I had been informed that there is a selections imperfection being documented on my credit history (from DELL). After calling DELL they mentioned it was in mistake that my balance was zero. They stated they'd look after it but just documented towards the credit agency the total amount was zero, the selections standing stays! Recurring calls to DELL were of no avail given that they declare they're just accountable for confirming my stability and also the relaxation is left as much as me! Good way to deal with your visitors!
