I'm trying to close on the sale of my home but Midland won't talk between their own departments and get my payoff statement corrected. They imposed lender based insurance upon me and gave me 30 days to respond. I responded in 30 hours but it was too late despite their letter. They have refunded only a portion of the imposed $3200 insurance but will not correct my payoff statement because the customer service dept in Okla City refuses to coordinate with the Insurance dept in Florida.

After 20 call every day for 10 days, they will not get me to a 'real' supervisor. They have no idea who the CEO of the company is and refuse to be helpful or friendly. Supervisor, Phyllis Bell at extension 1161 promises to call me back but has not kept her word on that either.
They promise a refund but I'd lay bets that I'll NEVER see the money.

Do not believe anything this company says. And God Help You if you need to resolve anything with these morons. I don't know how these 'people' even sleep at night.
