Ripoff

I am terrified... My mortgage has just been sold to Fairbanks Corp... (December). As of this date, I have not gotten one letter from them advising me where to send my payments... I've tried calling 18002588602 only get options... No person to talk with... It appears I am heading down the same road as countless others...

My questions is why hasn't the attorney general taken actions against them... They need to be fined very very heavely... Then they will do a better job???
