No payment instructions after mortgage was sold in December

I am terrified... My mortgage has just been sold to Fairbanks Corp... (December). As of this date, I have not gotten one letter from them advising me where to send my payments... I've tried calling 1-800-258-8602 but only get options... No person to talk with... It appears I am heading down the same road as countless others...

My question is why hasn't the attorney general taken action against them... They need to be fined very, very heavily... Then they will do a better job???
