Ripoff con-artists took us for all we had

My husband got laid off and we did get behind on our payments. I tried to work it out with them (fairbanks) and we came to an agreement that we would pay 2,000 a month for 2 months and we would be cought up. Well when I paid the 3rd months payment they said we didn't pay the right amount and we needed to send another 1500 dollars. I couldn't believe it this man (shawn) was so nasty he made me cry.

He told me I was a loser because i didn't pay my bill's and I told him we did pay the amount they told us to pay. Then he came back and said we didn't have Insurance and I had to prove we did. This has been a nightmare. They finally ran me out of my house by making me afraid. The house was in ohio and i now live in a different state.
