Forbearance Agreement Signed but Foreclosure Proceeding Continues Toward Pretrial

I may lose my home because of there deceptive fraud practices. I entered into a forbearance agreement and it states the exact payments that I should make and based on that they would stop foreclosure. This agreement was entered into in Sept. I now have to attend a pretrial on February 6th even though I have done my part they still are proceeding with foreclosure. It is a shame that the working people of america can be deceived like this.
