Rip off of funds owed

Paypal owes me over $1000. I have been unable to collect this amount which shows on their, web site as owed to me, but the usual configurations on the computer prevents me from collecting. I have spent in excess of 25 hours attempting to collect this money owed. Fortunately, I am retired; otherwise I would have written off this account as a bad investment.

I recommend avoiding E-bay who promotes Paypal as a payment option, and are soon to disallow alternate payment options.
