Excessive harrassment and embarrasing phone calls at my job Londonalways A Different City

Do not use this company, they are a complete and total rip-off! I borrowed $200.00 and even though they take $40.00 from my account every week that I cannot pay the whole $200 back, they inform me my balance is at $1,470.00, but they realize that is a lot of money so they will settle for $750.00 or they will garnish my wages, take me to court, or collect the money any other way. They have also told my co-workers that "she borrowed money from us and she won't pay us back, tell her we are going to debit $400.00 from her checking account on Friday!!!" This has even gone to my HR dept! Funny thing is, I never recall agreeing to any terms with them, although they say they have a recording of me agreeing, I ask to hear it and I am given a number to the "security" dept. I call this number and it is never a convenient time because Tom, Dick, not Harry is in and that is who I would have to talk to to listen to the recording. I wonder if they in cahoots with Bank of America who continues to let them debit my account for money that is not there up to 3 or 4 times a week so now I also owe B of A around 1700.00! That I must pay them or they will force close my account!
