Freedom Subscriptions
Horrifying, time consuming, overdraft fees, multiple attempts at taking $49.95 from my checking account

I accepted a payday loan online. No where did it state that a 3rd party site or company would be deducting $49.95 from my account. Freedom Subscriptions have done this 4 times already. I have Bank Of America and the check fraud customer service people are no help. They say things such as they can not help it is not fruad bercause they had my email address and social security number, however when the bank showed me a copy of the check it was a horrible fake. The signatures did not even match, not even close. I do not even have paper checks I use online banking and yet a paper check came through 4 times from freeedom subscription and they are still paying them from my account. I did get a "courtesy reversal" on the first one but now this has happened 3 more times. I tried to close my account and open a new one. Bank Of America opened me a new one alright but did not close the old (they said they were waiting on check fraud to even out the debit so they could) It is over a week later and nothing. Now I am overdrawn in both of my accounts. This is unfair and is stressing me out. I have had to leave work in order to go into the banking branch so I can get some help. Another thing is when you call the number given for Freedom Subscription it is always a recording and then automatically hangs up on you. This is a Rip Off.
