I have been with cps services for 4 yrs now and have never been late. The one time I needed to make payment arrangements because my payroll dept changed dates I was told " dont get mad at me cause you cant pay for a car you know you cant afford" I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told that I must have been mistaken by what I heard. I called from work which is a recoreded line and imformed the supervisor that and she replied with our lines are recoreded as well I will review and get back with you its been 2 mnths and It wasnt even documented in my file im sure I can pull the phone conversation is there any thing I can do?
