Ripoff

United auto credit are ruthless. If i had a chance to do it again i would. They also harrass me on the day the payment is due. They called me on the 23rd and told me i had a payment due that day by (amy). I told her i had mailed the payment the day before and she told me i had to go to western union or my car would be repoed the next day. One day late. I then asked to speak to her supervisor and she gave me an employee named patrick and said he was the supervisor. I later found out he was not the supervisor. I then called back and got their main office phone number in california. Talked to a supervisor there. She gave me some phone numbers. But eventually got called by the real supervisor of the sarasota office. We talked and really did not get anywhere. But she was much nicer than amy. I have had many run ins with amy and patrick. Once i was in the hospital loosing my baby back in july and patrick harrsssed my there. Did not care. These people need to be put out of business
