Consumer Credit Services
Elite Customer Service ripoff Flordia

Business & Finance

On December 13 I was contacted by Nicole from Consumer Credit Service being offered a Mastercard with a $2,500 credit limit. The women was very professional and produres that were taken during the led me to believe that the call was legitimate. I was given a confirmation # and a phone number. I authorized $269 to be withdrawn from my account and was told that my card would arrive in 5 to 14 bussiness days after the money was received.

The money was drafted from my account on December 24 and I waited for my card.By January 9 my card had not arrived so I called the phone number and after leaving my information on an answering machine due to high call volume, days later I finally got a live person and was told that the card should be here by January 15, and that if it was not then to call back and someone would get back with me in a week. Guess what—the card is still not here and I am now unable to get anyone at the phone number again due to high call volume.

Beware of this company which apparently has many names that it uses—they are not for real. I would like to know how do I get my money back because obviously my card is not going to come.
