CASH, LLC Demand for payment in full on a credit card that is out of SOL and has been charged off!

About 2 years ago I received a letter from Scott Lowery and CASH LLC for collections for a credit card. I checked into the letter only to find out that I never had any account with that number. This collection agency called my house about 12 times a day. I sent a certified letter to this company demanding verification proof of sale, sales receipt and an agreement with my signature. I also faxed this information to this company along with a cease of all communication until this was complied with and this information could only be communicated through mail. I waited but never heard anymore from them.

Today I receive a letter from Bronson and Migliaccio LLP stating they have been retained by CASH LLC to collect the same debt and a demand for payment in full.

Again I have 39 days to dispute the validity of this debt or any portion there of. The letter says it will provide me with name and address of the original creditor if different from the current creditor.

What is it going to take to get this stopped. This is ridiculous!

I checked my credit report and they have a recent inquiry on it and a 2002 charge off of this debt. SOL in my state is 5 years.

Could someone please tell me the right thing to do before the 30 days is up? The clock is ticking!
