This office contacted me in regards to a charged off credit card. Bronson & Migliaccio are part of the notorious Collect America Group. Obnoxious phone messages, random phone calls & obnoxious messages to family members after they had contact info. I'm happy to settle any legit debts, but only with a legit agency. Lies, intimidation & will mislead you!

Get your recorder out & get these idiots in a grip of violations! Check out Bud Hibbs website for more info on these "bottom feeders".in fact do a google search and you will find nothing but bad news. This law office will bank on you if you are an uninformed consumer... Prove them wrong!!! Study the FDCPA & contact the NY Bar Association & the FTC with any complaints. They also just opened an office in Maryland & soon Pennsylvanis. Beware!
