Ripped off our hard earned money and made our financial situation worse, it affected our life

This Bank has put so much stress in us, my marriage and my 4 children. I have been banking with them for about 5 years now. The total of NSF fee's they charged us is well beyond you can imagine, this is like money i can pay for all my children college tuition's.

We are hard working Americans who makes enough money to support our family. I work in a place where i have to be on my FEET for hours. I went on disability for a year off and on because I have Tumor on my spine, still have it. Doctor was able to write me a letter letting me know i can go back to work, i went back to work rightafter. I needed to work desperately because we were struggling and short on food.

For them to just Rip us off and take our money. It probably won't bother me too much if we had all the money and rich. But we don't... We live nearly paycheck to paycheck or not at all, we kept running to Cash Advances places to just try to save our account from NSF fee's. We owe so much now to those cash advances places just in a huge stress to try to avoid further NSF. Customer service sucks, i know they ALL don't care about you.

It is very depressing, as a mother of 4 children who are under 15 years old. It makes you so depress what BANK OF AMERICA does to your money. I recently went to see a Psychiatrist to help me COPE thru all of this financial burden. It had affected my Marriage.

Due to frustration and financial stress, i cry in my room. Sometimes my kids would come in and ask me "Whats wrong mommy?".

Over 5 years BoFA owes us alot. We are trying to get out for last few months, but we still NEED to pay off our CASH ADVANCES first and clear everything out before we close the account. We owe total of $1240 of Cash Advances because of BOFA NSF fees. I really don't know what anymore. We did everything to avoid FEE's, but still got screwed no matter what.

BoFA customer service are BS. They tell you the same LAME excuses. I'am so tried, so frustrated and in financial debt. Makes me want to jump off a golden gate bridge!
