Bad service, Hidden Fees, Smart-mouthed Agents Dallas

The Bank of America is a rip off organization because they have ulterior motives. They are not there to help you bank, they are in the business of making money. The fees are exorbitant (if you can find out about them), they report everything to the credit bureau (even if your payment is only 3 days late!), and when you do break down and have to call, it takes 5 days to get an agent on the phone after you do the automated system for 30 minutes. The agents are not sympathetic, the questions they ask you are too personal (Why haven't you paid?), and their job is to get money out of you before you hang up. Their ATM fees are the highest I've ever seen ($2.00!). They sent me a letter saying I owe them money because their teller made an error on my account. So why is that my problem? If their personnel made a mistake, then the corporation should eat the cost, not the customer.
As you can see, I have no love for Bank of America. If you want your money, DO NOT bank with them.
