Fraudulent credit practices

This report is being sent sent because of practices where this company billed me for services not agreed to. It caused the account to be overdrawn because the charges were not permitted. Repeatedly this company had called me and tried to get me to sign up for these services and repeatedly they were told no. Their foreign phone staff does not listen to customers and signs them up regardless so they can make their quotas. They signed me up anyway and billed me. These were services that I was not supposed to have nor would have ever agreed upon.
This company apparently has problems with it's time and date stamps as their records do not match mine and they had proceeded to penalize me for that which was not in my control. They insisted it was in my control but bilking customers for more money unecessarily is not really in my control. They sought to take advantage and exploit an upcoming weekend on a pending due date. We had paid our transaction two days early and upon first contact regarding the problem, this bank told us not to worry about it. We didn't, as we were told and then they totally ignored it and penalized me anyway. They dragged their feet in the processing of this transaction and did not handle it promptly. I cancelled this account because the customer service is incredibly poor. English and common sense are not common place at this bank. This bank is a part of HSBC. Stay away from HSBC!
