Charged me without permission

I requested the 14-day free trial offer tooth bleaching system. I named the client assistance point two times after I created the purchase to stop, to ensure that I'd not obtain any more deliveries. Around three months later, I acquired a phone from my lender stating that I had been damaging. I then found out that Sophisticated Bright got out $88.97 which triggered my lender to cost me $76.00 in low-adequate funds. I named Sophisticated Vibrant, and he explained that I never named to stop. A few times later, I acquired the item within the email. On the site it claims that should you wish to return the merchandise, you are able to, to get a complete refund within 15 times in the day it had been delivered, just you will need a RMA# (return merchandise authorization #). I've delivered them 11 e-mails requesting a RMA, and all I've gotten back is one mail stating that they can I would like to maintain the merchandise and they'll return me $34.99. Additionally on the site, it claims they remedy their emails within 24 hours. Well, given that they have not responded me, the 15-day grace period has past. But I actually donot observe that as my problem. I understand that they're not answering me purposely so they do not have to return me my income. Given that they currently cheated me within the first-place by stating that used to donot stop. I keep calling the client assistance point, but all of the man informs me would be to email them again!!! Lots of aid he's!!! They do not have anyone who you are able to keep in touch with about the telephone... When you have an issue, you've to email them!!!
