Orchard Bank Aka HSBC Neveda
Charged Late Fee on Payment Due Date

SO get this... Orchard Bank aka HSBC, charged me a late fee on my account on the same day that my payment was due. Sounds kind of fishy. I contacted them about the issue, they stated that since the payment posted the next day, they were unable to do anything to assist me. I then sent an email requesting to have there corporate offices information and I was sent the following information:

I called the number listed and it was there customer service number. I then put in my account info and was transferred to a customer service rep. I asked to be transferred to ext 2608 and I was told by the customer service representative that he did not have the capabilities of doing so.

Go figure right. Thats the place to mail any type of account requests. Checked online and could not find anything about Orchard Bank, HSBC Neveda, except that its a company overseas!
