I called in Dec to get a pay off amount. The empl gave me the amount of $917.46 which I wrote the check for on that instant. Now Sept I have a balance because I should have paid $945.17, $27.17 difference. Now I have to pay $200 because they made a mistake. Not only that, but "supervisor" BRYAN (empl #6332) was very rude to me and called me a liar... Michon, also a customer service rep was extremely rude. I don't care paying the balance, but I will not tolerate insults! Disgusted! I will never be a client of wells fargo again!
