Interest Scam

I bought a mattress using a non-interest offer made through Well Fargo. The balance was due May 10. I paid the balance on April 13 only to receive another bill on May 10 saying I owed $323 because my April payment was 7 days late and I was now being charged the full amount. I called customer service if you want to call it that to be told they would negotiate with me and extend a kind offer of me paying off $175. What an incredible scam. I paid every bill every month. Paid the balance off one month early and was penalized $323 for a payment that was late by 7 days. No wonder the financial services industry has such a lousy reputation. I will never do business with Wells Fargo again. You had the opportunity to earn a lifelong customer today—what you earned was an angry customer. Good job Wells Fargo.
