Harassing phone calls

Like many of you I have received 7 to 8 voicemail messages per day from NCO. I have no idea who they are and who they are collecting for. I answered their call a couple of times and each time the person hung up. I decided to check online and I see that quite of few people are experiencing similar headaches with this company.

I have decided since they hang up when I say hello and they do not want to provide any info - I will not answer the phone period.
