We trustingly deposited a $1,000 cashier check into a bank of america's atm on 4-24-08. Bank of america lost the check & would not give us the money. Because the money was an award from an arbitration, the payer would not help us. Branch manager, diana wells, operation specialist, meco cleveland, premier banking manager, mike sutton, & martha dominguez from the executive office were all unhelpful in resolving the issue.
