TS Bank card benefits
Ripoff to consumers

Business & Finance

I recieved a card in the mail to respond in 48 hours for a pre-approved credit card. I called and spoke to customer service person and they explained the card the I recieved in the mail. They told me that it had a $4000.00 limit on a Master card and a catalog credit card with a $7000.00 limit.

They asked me for either a personal check to pay the one time processing fee of $249.00 or suggested that they could do an electronic check which would make it process faster.

Being stupid, I asked the better 1/2 and she said to do it. We paid the fee and I called the phone number again on December 23 @0730 PST to follow up and get a progress on the cards. I got the answering service that I had called out of buisness hours which were starting at 0930 EST.

When I called it was 1030 EST with me being 3 hours behind the East coast. I decided to try later and at that time, I got the same service telling me this time that due to the holiday season they would be out of the office until January 3.

I went searching on the internet on December 29 to see if I could find any information on the company and I came across this complaint telling me about the ripoff the card company was. I feel the same way that I probably got scammed as well.
