Gate City Bank is a rip off, treats customers poorly. Advertises "totally free checking" then fees customers. Customer service is pathetic, Barb Bertschi is the manager and is no help at all. She refuses to discuss anything, and refers me to Kelsey Fellows, who refuses to take my calls. I have repeatedly asked to remove my money and the bank has refused, they have shut off my account except for deposits.
