Unauthorized Charge to WS Domains Not Refunded Though Known While Pending

I had a situation where an unauthorized charge appeared on my prepaid credit card, they knew about it while it was still pending, but paid it anyway, but still will not refund my money.

Customer no service has been nothing but a pain in the butt, making sure to make it easy on the unauthorized transaction to WS domains [yes, it was unauthorized, WS would not allow me to cancel] and hard on me.

Netspend is supposedly run by Inter National Bank, which is different from IBC Bank (International Bank of Commerce). They claim to be based in Austin, Tx, well, I live south of Austin, and travel to work to a town North of Austin through Austin. They do not have a street address.

Up until the unauthorized transaction I had had no problems with them.
