This company tells you they will put all your money on a prepaid card and then when you give them the money they do not post it to the account. They give you the runaround when you call and tell them it's not in your account placing blame everywhere but on themselves. And if you use direct deposit, your money is sent to another bank where they have to clear it, then to netspend and they charge your account the fee of them sending it to their bank, which is MetaBank (never heard of them). This company preys on woman and men that can't get bank accounts and takes their money, mainly the African American community and it's not right.
