Nestled Ace Elite had authorized a truck rental payment in the amount of 689.00 to budget truck, I did not Authorize this payment. I had a 100 overdraft limit, which netspend had blocked until March 1, so how did they authorizes payment on Feb 16? They are taking my entire social security check.
