Hey Tax Inc, you picked the wrong people to SCAM! We're on you like a pitbull!

I paid this company (Tax Inc.) over $3,000.00 to get an IRS tax resolution. This has been dragged out for over 3 years. They are now telling me it will cost an additional $2,000.00 because the time has expired. "I did not receive anything in writing stating there was a time limit". We informed them that we could not afford the first offer and we were told no problem - just send it in when you can afford to pay the down payment to the IRS.

When we contacted the IRS for a different issue, they had no record of the offer and stated a return from 2002 was missing and no offer was setup, they not accept any offer at this time. When we called Tax Inc, we had to call numerous times over several days. Finally, after calling three times today (07/22/08) manager named; Janet Lee told us it was our fault for not taking care of the offer within 30 days of the original offer.

She was very RUDE and Condescending. She actually called me childish when I laughed at her attempt to extort another $2K from me. She said because I couldn't afford to pay - this was the reason we owed taxes in the first place. She made no sense.

We asked to speak to the manager and was told; "she's not going to talk to you until you pay an additional $2000.00!"

She hung-up on us after that! This Janet Lee must of been abused as a small child. Such decorum she has.

We're not looking for a refund - we're looking for them to follow through with what they agreed to do.
